"Discovery Project" The English program "Discovery Project" challenges middle school students in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee in the art of grammar and English. Making a variety of web pages, periodicals and projects, they dig deeper in the academic perspective of the language arts.
Geometry and Algebra SFB offers two high school level math options, Geometry and Algebra. Algebra is for the 7th and 8th grade talented math students. This is more rigorous than the traditional 8th grade level Pre-Algebra, but less rigorous than the sophomore level Geometry. Geometry is for those talented enough to handle rigorous sophomore level math. Students in these courses must maintain a B- or higher at the end of each quarter to stay in the course. If Algebra students achieve a A- or higher by the end of the year, they may move into Geometry the next year.
Spanish Our Spanish program runs from grades 4-8. This Spanish program can give you a jump-start into high school foreign language.
8th Grade English/Social Studies In a student's 8th grade year, they are required to write a controversial term paper in the MLA format. This gives children the head-start they need to compose papers in high school.
